Return/Refund/Exchange

How long do I have to return or exchange?

We offer returns and exchanges for many of our goods. Read carefully!

If you aren't happy with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges on any unopened products up to 14 days after the delivery date. Returns or exchanges cannot be made on any of our headphones or earphones. No exceptions.

How do I get started?

To begin your return, email support@jamesfrost.com with "RETURN: ORDER ####" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your order number or a copy of your email receipt as proof of purchase.

Instructions for returns or exchanges will be made upon approval and authorization from a team member. We will not accept any packages that have not been approved or authorized for return or exchange. Any item deemed eligible for return by a team member must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied by its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Once you have received instructions for return, please ship the item back using a secure method; require a tracking number and a signature. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. We only guarantee receipt of a return if there is a signature proof that someone from the team received it. We do not cover return shipping costs.

How long will it take to see the return go through?

Once we receive the package, please allow 5 business days for us to process the return. After that, check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to confirm the refund. If the refund hasn't posted after two weeks, please contact us directly support@jamesfrost.com.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund has been processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the cost of original shipping. Please allow time for your payment method to process the refund.
